Tips for Publishing

Preview First

Always preview your export before sharing. Formatting can vary between formats.

Verify all links work in your final export. Relative links may need adjustment.

Test on Target

If publishing to a specific platform, test with a draft first.

Keep a Copy

Export a backup copy before deleting documents. Even with version history, local backups are smart.
