Creating Your Account

1. Sign up at app.bluetip.ai
2. Choose your plan - Start with our free tier or select a plan that fits your needs
3. Complete your profile - Add your name and writing preferences
4. Verify your email - Click the link in your confirmation email

Understanding the Workflow

BlueTip is built around a complete writing workflow with five modes:

Mode	Purpose	When to Use
Brainstorm	Generate ideas and angles	Starting a new piece, exploring topics
Outline	Structure your content	After brainstorming, before writing
Write	Draft your content	When you have a clear direction
Review	Get AI feedback	After completing your draft
Publish	Export and share	When you’re ready to ship

You don’t have to use every mode for every document, start wherever makes sense for you.

Creating Your First Document

1. Click + New Document from your dashboard
2. Give your document a descriptive name
3. Choose your starting mode:
   • Brainstorm if you need ideas
   • Outline if you know the topic but need structure
   • Write if you’re ready to draft

Navigating the Interface

The Sidebar

Your sidebar shows all your documents organized by:

• Recent - Documents you’ve worked on recently
• Favorites - Documents you’ve starred
• All Documents - Everything in your account

The Toolbar

Each mode has its own toolbar with relevant actions:

• Mode switcher (move between workflow stages)
• AI actions (get suggestions, feedback, or assistance)
• Document actions (save, export, share)

Keyboard Shortcuts

Speed up your workflow with these shortcuts:

• Cmd/Ctrl + N - New document
• Cmd/Ctrl + S - Save
• Cmd/Ctrl + / - Toggle AI assistant
• Cmd/Ctrl + 1-5 - Switch between modes
